In 2005, the new owners of this heritage listed, Edwardian-era office building engaged Jackson Teece to realise some ambitious goals for the premises.
Their brief outlined key objectives in ESD, heritage conservation, amenity, equal access and return on investment. Our multi-disciplinary expertise were key factors in our appointment, in addition to the practice's strong track record for delivering complex, sensitive projects.
Prior to this project, Jackson Teece provided a Conservation Plan and DA for the remediation of the facade and upgrade of the entrance and lift lobby. These services resulted in the award of 5545 square metres of Heritage Floor Space by the City of Sydney Council.
