Paul Brace, Director of Interiors, leads Jackson Teece’s specialist small projects & interior design team and concurrently manages the practice’s marketing, staffing and Sydney Office. He works in collaboration with Design Director Damian Barker and the architectural design teams in our offi ces in Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane.
He has 15 years experience in design projects including commercial headquarters, heritage refurbishments, retail projects, high-end multi-storey apartments, government and numerous individual residences and apartments.
Paul’s design philosophy has at its core the simple proposition of thoughtfulness. Projects which respond thoughtfully to context, place, aesthetics and function which deliver a complex sophisticated outcome.
Prior to joining Jackson Teece, Paul was the Director of his own successful business Brace Design which he created after successfully establishing and directing PTW Interiors for PTW, one of the leading architectural firm's in the Asia/Pacific region. His achievements have been recognised by the Royal Australian Institute of Architects as a member of the winning team of the Greenway Award for the Jones Bay Wharf project and he was included in The Bulletin magazine’s selection of Australia’s 100 most Creative Minds. His projects have been widely published.
