Jackson Teece was responsible for the preparation of the Master Plan for the Club as part of the rezoning application. In addition we prepared the graphic materials for the Development Control Plan.

The development proposes approximately 400 dwellings with associated community facilities, a 6 hectare public park, the expansion of the services provided by the Club and the retention of the 18-hole golf course.

The residential areas are mostly located on land sloping towards the riparian park and have the flexibility to provide different-sized lots which promote a mix of housing types - including detached, semis and medium-density dwellings.
