Jackson Teece provided interior design for Century 21’s new premises in Crows Nest, as well as creating a new brand identity for them. Existing conventions have been challenged and contemporary branding has been incorporated into the design to create an environment that has a relaxed and domestic feel.

The showroom space on the ground floor is centred around a sculptural reception desk, and herringbone timber flooring is complemented with joinery and brass light fittings, and textural furnishings in a soft pastel colour palette. A Century 21 neon sign provides a striking element within the space that reiterates the companies re-brand and contemporary presence.

Timber skirting, full height joinery cupboards and timber paneling throughout the space reflect the heritage stair case and ornate cornices that appear as you move through to the back of house where meeting spaces and sales offices have been refreshed and revitalised.

New signage at the exterior, and a street frontage upgrade has been carried out, creating a new streetscape presence for Century 21 North Harbour.
