Jackson Teece was engaged by Summit Care to provide Architecture & Design guidance for this larger seniors living development. A combination of Dementia Care, HIgh Care and Low Care facilities the overall project has 200 rooms in a combination of single luxury suites and afordable shared accomodation.
Subdivided into three 'wings' with generous entry & recpetion, resident lounge and dining, retail including hair dressing, cafe, theatre & education facilities the project will be constructed in two stages.
The landscaping forms an important component of the project with a diversity of external and internal courtyards, gardens, and generous porte cochere allowing for a quality development.
