In association with Bligh Voller Nield.
The project involved the rejuvenation of the heritage-listed office building, designed in 1957 by Bates Smart and McCutcheon, and the making of an inspirational workplace.
Jackson Teece prepared the Conservation Management Plan for the building, provided advice on heritage conservation and developed guidelines for current and future works to ensure its heritage significance was not adversely affected.
The making of the new workplace also addressed the substantial changes the original building had undergone - particularly in the 1980s.
Jackson Teece was responsible for the heritage aspects related to the removal of the 1980s entrance canopy, the reorganisation of the front entrance, repairs to the curtain walls and the award-winning refurbishment and fitout of all office floors.
