The Nirimba Education Precinct is a 78ha campus in Quakers Hill comprised of four educational providers – UWSCollege, the Nirimba College of the TAFE NSW Western Sydney Institute, Terra Sancta College, and Wyndham College. Jackson Teece undertook a review of the 1996 Nirimba Education Precinct Master Plan (prepared by Jackson Teece) and produced a Structure Plan to guide the future development and master planning of the campus. Another aspect of the commission was to assist the NEP Partners with responding to the Department of Planning and Infrastructure on the Schofields Precinct Indicative Layout Plan.

The Structure Plan developed Precinct-wide design objectives and principles and proposes urban design strategies to strengthen functional linkages and unify the campus. The intention is for each precinct partner to develop detailed Master Plans for their respective sites based on the agreed overall framework captured in the Structure Plan. The project considered the imminent urban residential development in the nearby North West Growth Centre precincts and the relationship of the precinct structure with these proposals.

Recommendations included the consolidation of the academic core within a clearly defined spatial structure reinforced by a hierarchy of key pedestrian routes, parkways and a vehicular circuit route. New entry points and future growth opportunities were highlighted and particular attention was paid to the retention and enhancement of the natural features of the campus such as existing riparian creek lines and Blue Mountains vistas.
