This striking apartment complex is located on a prominent corner in Sydney’s Dulwich Hill. A mesmerising northerly aspect and views of Sydney’s CBD provide a contemplative escape from the buzz of city life.
The development is enclosed in a subtle yet functional golden facade. Acting as a privacy screen to the busy street below, these perforated metallic screens effortlessly diffuse the harsh Australian sun while adding a sense of playfulness to each individual balcony.
All apartments are designed with a material palette rich in texture and artisanal finishes. Limed or stained timber floors couple with metallic bronze mirror and hand made bathroom tiles to evoke a contemporary yet heritage mood within these modern living environments. A nod to Sydney’s ship building past, these apartments are a true celebration of the history and future of Dulwich Hill and its surrounds.
